NSM, I guess. The correct answer is that I don't need any more suits, but that's irrelevant.

FWIW I'm liking the cleaner shoulder of NSM more, particularly during movement. NSM is getting busier, both good thing and a bad thing.

Anyone noticed a massive drop in reliability and customer service quality with W.W. Chan over the last year? Don't know if they're biting more than they can chew but it seems to me that they're turning into Jantzen when it comes to reliability. Twice this year they've missed deadlines to get me suits (or even minor alterations) BEFORE they show up in NYC for fittings. What's the point of a traveling tailor that visits every 4 months but that you can't even use every 4 months because the work is not done? Add to that the replacement of Ferdinand with someone who takes 3 or 4 days to reply to emails and can't ever seem to get you a straight answer...

Just wanted to update my most recent post. I have just been advised that my order is being shipped, and I expect to receive it by the end of this week, well before I meet with Patrick.
