Friday night hone made Pizza with friends and rugby.

Quattro Formaggio, gorgonzola, buffalo mozzarella,goat and pecorino romano.

Potato,gorgonzola,caramelised onions with rosemary,chilli & salt.

Mushroom, SDT,caramelised red onions, char grilled red caps & Brie.

Smoked ham,salami with black olives and goat cheese.

Char grilled eggplant,pesto & fresh buffalo mozzarella.

And probably too much Pinot Noir.

Bloody amazing. My second katsu sando, and this dry aged Kobe was superior than the already very amazing first I had at Nakahara..
