Sounds like too many ******* flavors man
Indian is never too many flavours. The ingredients blended well to create one flavour.

36c @ dinner Vegetarian Vietnamese rice paper rolls,

Grated carrot, asparagus, cucumber strips, Chinese egg,tofu marinated in soy and sesame oil. Pickled ginger, coriander and mint.

Washed down with a couple of ice cold fat yaks.

Just picked zucchini flowers stuffed with Quattro Formagio. Served with a butter mixed green salad.

Washed down with an Blackhearts & Sparow 2015 Mornington Penninsula Pinot Noir. Which in all honesty is an exceptional PN hitting way above it’s price point.
