36c @ dinner Vegetarian Vietnamese rice paper rolls,

Grated carrot, asparagus, cucumber strips, Chinese egg,tofu marinated in soy and sesame oil. Pickled ginger, coriander and mint.

Washed down with a couple of ice cold fat yaks.

Just picked zucchini flowers stuffed with Quattro Formagio. Served with a butter mixed green salad.

Washed down with an Blackhearts & Sparow 2015 Mornington Penninsula Pinot Noir. Which in all honesty is an exceptional PN hitting way above it’s price point.

Especially nice cheese: Piacentinu Ennese - saffron and pepper, sheep milk

Street food

Sicilian blood sausage

Tripes and other intestines (goat or something... I don't really know, but very delicious)

Grilled mushrooms with lemon juice/olive oil/parsley/chili

Grilled artichokes, filled with parsley/garlic, and with lemon juice/olive oil vinaigrette-y shower

Horse meat salsiccia, stuffed a few minutes before, and thrown right on the grill

Head meat aspic/jelly from the same butcher
