Bloody hell, this thread is better than most cookbooks & also better than most novels. I must have read the best part of 1000 pages over the last month or two. mgm, you're a legend. Mushrooms look great.

Haven't snapped my own food in years, but here's one from the archives contemporary with the peak years. Could've done with some advice then.
