Yes because there was no recipe, I just poured stuff into a bowl and tweaked it until it tasted balanced, so can’t give measurements soooooooorrrry

Soy sauce, mirin, honey, grapeseed oil, sesame oil, gochujang paste and flake, grated garlic, salt and a lifetime of existential joy and happiness.

Steak with roasted potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms. The veggies was mixed with a mustard based vinaigrette. Pretty incredible lunch to have on the balcony on a Friday afternoon.
