Classic Italian 'Beans & Greans' using an heirloom bean called Cicherchia, crown vetch, or grass peas. When used as a subsistence food -which it often is because it is exceptionally drought tolerant- the quantities eaten lead to a buildup of a neurotoxin that targets your lower extremeties, specifically, it makes your ass muscles wither. That's a shame, because it is a really tasty bean with great texture. The dish, with a mixture of greens and herbs and topped with pecorino sardo, was a triumph.

That looks awesome. Is that an italian inspired bisque with basil?

How do you cook the lobster if you finish it in the pan? Do you cook it completely through or just flash them in the boiling water for a minute or two to get them out of the shell easier?

cook em in the shell for a minute or two, then finish in the pan, turning constantly, flipping, rotating, basting, and smasting until it feels right
