Well yeah, obviously a lobster straight off of a day boat is going to taste good. I just don't think it's the hugely incredible thing people claim it to be. Generally not worth the price, and most restaurants don't cook it correctly anyway. But, you buy the lobster, Gomey and I shall supply the wine.
 You're just trying to get me to look up.

Don't backtrack too quickly there now, Kyle. You are like a girl on prom night.

I think I've eaten six pounds of eggplant caviar this summer. I have three recipes I really like for it. I am pretty much addicted.

I said it was overrated. Not bad. But I am like a girl on prom night. Just waiting for my ass cherry to be taken by Chad.

Not even sure what that means, but Chad sounds like a entitled blond dude from an 80's movie who probably roomed at Exeter with Matt.

Lobster is only overrated by people who eat at Red Lobster. You have to take that out of the equation.

Folding napkins is a lost art. I mean come on, something as humble as celery root deserves its own folded napkin. Right?

I'm sure somebody will tell you that there is, but if there is, I cannot detect it.

Hey Kyle, Chinese salted fish and eggplant is like my favorite thing in the world. What do you think would happen if I added salted fish to eggplant caviar? Do you think it would be best to use salted anchovies to stay Mediterranean?

    Exactly.
    :)

I think Chinese salted fish would be a great addition. Maybe you should use japanese eggplant to stay Asian.

I think it's basically an eggplant puree. Don't get the name though. And yes Matt, please share the recipes.
