Look, I'm tired of taking your shit and will now stop posting here.
This morning I spent 20 minutes making scrambled eggs in a bain-marie.
Did mommy buy you those chives?
I know that the consensus is that most people make scrambled eggs too firm but that looks like porridge.

I was going by Robuchon's recipe. It calls for the eggs to be a "thick, custardy cream". They were very good.
IDK dude it may be the photo but that does not appear to be a thick custardy cream. A cream, sure. Also, just fyi the composition of your photo is pretty bad.
