i think i might try that. thanks
which is why I was wondering if that green stuff was something edible with the razor clams. Else you'd have to carefully remove the clam from the shell, push the green aside, then start to eat the clam. Logistics of eating are too clumsy if so.
It is seaweed fried in lemongrass oil.
The clams were already removed and then placed back in their shells. I don't see what's so difficult about eating them.
did you eat the seaweed too?
Why wouldn't I?
Breast as the recipe called for. Agree with your recommendation though.
Really? I used the same amounts as you I think and don't have a ton left. Maybe I made more beets or used more sauce, but it's just what you see. Did you end up using it on anything else?
I don't know, it was just a question. If you didn't eat it IMO the dish would have been a clumsy pain to eat. But you did, so all is well.
Putting inedible things on my plates was so 3 months ago.
You are only older than me chronologically.
at least one of you has actually spent time in a legitimate kitchen. I imagine that has a lot to do with the respect KSilk gets around here (at least that's why I respect him)
Sick burn bruh. And gomey , although I didn't realize I got any respect around here!
So I don't deserve respect because I'm self-taught?
You don't deserve respect because you have no idea how little you actually know.
Working in the industry for a few days or weeks would probably shape you up.
You do realize I'm posting pictures of food in a thread entitled "What did you eat last night for dinner?". It baffles me why you all take it so seriously.
And that's not a very good attitude to have.
