I love the high contrast of the bright wasabi in a puddle of deep black shoyu

I miss Trader Joe's. There isn't one anywhere within 50 miles of here. The only consolation prize is that we have Wegman's.
Wegman's is pretty godly. In the Capital Region, though, Price Chopper is king.

    had Chipotle again:

chicken fajita burrito , extra grilled veggies, rice, sour cream, hot salsa, medium salsa, cheese, corn salsa.

I usually cut it open in half with a knife and then sit one end up and eat the innards with a fork. until it gets down to a sizable bite-able width.

the innards cheese, sour cream, salsa, and chicken/veggies juices gets really gelled up and creamy for a delectable taste and texture.

we had steaks seared and then finished in the over. I made a red wine reduction with onions, mushrroms and butter and a side salad. I also grilled some shrimp that had been coated in balsamic powder. had a Harpoon UFO Rasberry Hefeweizen.

Had Chipotle for the first time tonight. I had the steak fajita burrito. Man, was it an old cow that I ate. Taco Bell's way better. The people were friendly though, so chewing the old cow was more entertaining than it should've been.
