I agree the second one looks really nice, but I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms and fish. I'd much prefer string beans or something. Or sauteed spinach.

I was quite happy with the first dish; all the flavors really worked well together, and it was my first time experimenting with foaming a liquid, which was fun.
Trial and error, but I was satisfied with the result.
I like the sturgeon with mushrooms at Bouchon. Wouldn't have thought of it prior to that.
