Hi friends, I am only 15 years old. I am overweight by about 32 pounds. I am very lazy in exercise and I can't cut my eating. Actually I don't want to be restricted in eating. So I would like to take diet pills. What fat burning diet pill really works and from where can you buy it? I am looking to loose some weight and I want to buy a pill that works. Do you have to be a certain age to buy a diet pill? Please help me out.

since youre young try developing a habit of working your way towards a goal. not taking some preconceived shortcut. it will do you better in the long run once you engrain whatever you practice now for the good when you get older and it is part of your character.

do some daily exercise/activity. eat better foods and in moderation.

Last night was pretty basic, shared a pizza with a friend that came over to visit. Today was a bit more interesting: vegetarian butter chicken with wax beans, baby carrots, and okra over jasmine rice. It was more or less improvisation with a few bags of frozen veggies and some pantry items I had about.

I'm really excited for tonight. I think we're stopping at one of my favorite Albany restaurants, Angelo's 677 Prime (http://www.677prime.com). Great steaks at this joint. Afterward, to the theater with my grandmother for a musical.

had Chipotle burrito last night again..

carnita, extra rice, grill vegetables, sour cream, cheese, corn salsa, hot salsa, guac.

I usually cut the burrito in half , take one-half and eat the mushy innards with a spoon, and then when the burrito is not as big/fat, i eat it like a burrito.

oh so good. i am mouth water just think about it.

after seeing the banana split thread in the other subforum, i really feel like eating one tonite.

it is my favorite ice cream dessert.

nice ripe banana, split right down the middle with some premium , decadent, chocolate and coffee ice creams, smothered with some chocolate fudge sauce the really rich kind that is very sizzling hot but falls off the spoon very slowly.
some nuts for texture, a little whip cream and perhaps some decadent sweet caramel?
the hot chocolate sauce sears into the ice cream, the ice cream semi freezes the banana, and caramalizes the whole confection together into a gooey and beautiful looking decadent sweet treat. oh man.

I'm going to go Trader Joes to buy their roasted vegetable lasagna, which is the best frozen lasagna I have ever had and compares favorably to what you would find at a mid-level Italian restaurant. I am consistently impressed with their heat-and-serve offerings.

Shoe, I know you are a lasagna connoisseur, what do you think of TJ's product?

Yes, try it out - make sure to get the roasted vegetable variety, it comes in a larger 'family-size' box which I am sure you will have no trouble with (I am always tempted to eat the entire package at once). For all intents and purposes, they could label it as a 'snack pack'. If you do not like it, I will send you the cost of the lasagna via paypal (you will not be required to send me the leftovers).

My turn to feed 4 people...

last night I sauteed lamb shoulder in brown butter and some onions, then deglazed and braised in chicken broth and fresh thyme/rosemary/sage for 3 hours uncovered, removed and cooked gnocchi in the braising liquid and finished with parmiggiano reggiano.

good (and most importantly, easy) dinner for 4 on the cheap.
