    We grilled the last three sausages of that small batch of ancho chile and cumin seed that I made. Baked off some broc with S&P, olive oil, and a little parm. Had a litre bottle of Spatburgunder with it.

    I need to not open litre bottles on weeknights. Mrs. Piob has two glasses and I have the rest. That much makes me want a manhattan...which I had two of and I was slow getting out of bed at 5:30a this morning :(

    Question - was there water from the tomatoes on top? It seems like whenever I put fresh tomatoes on my pizzas, they leak a lot of liquid when cooked, even when I remove the seeds and stuff.

    KJT, did you try using plum tomatoes? They naturally contain far less liquid than "normal", round ones.
