+1 You're greatly missing the point of cheese if you try to reduce the total fat content, which is nonsensical to begin with.

When it comes to taste there is no substitute for fat, so I'll remember.

It's almost too much that these dishes are made for a regular Monday dinner at home. That sound you hear is us all weeping.
