    made couscous salad with flat parsley, tomatoes and shallots. only mistake there was not chopping the parsley finer... had that with lamb shoulder rubbed with salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary.

    uggh. 3rd straight night of pork belly. That's what I get for having my brother visit. Ate at Animal restaurant tonight. Bone Marrow, parsley and toast Pork Belly sliders Poutine w/ Oxtail Gravy and cheddar Fried Quail over grits and greens Foie Gras Loco Moco (Spam, Burger and Foie with a quail egg.) we split it between 3 people, just sharing. [​IMG] I'm going to eat vegetables and chicken for the next week. [​IMG]

    Ate at a friend's house. Had an arugula soup, some gnocchi with a pork ragu and then some olive oil ice cream. Very good stuff.

    Having been to Prospect only for cocktails, I tried the food there last night.

    It was quite satisfactory; I had the Foie Gras au Torchon to start and then the Ling Cod, which was very well-prepared.
