I've only been on the diet for 2 weeks and i'm already wondering if it is worth it. I like salads, sweet potatoes, and steak, but steak is too expensive to eat more than once a day and I find chicken really bland unless it's a good roast. Do you know of a good cookbook with semi-interesting meals taht can be prepared in advance?
