    Chilled arugula soup. Friggin' awesome! Just sweat some garlic and tomato paste, other sesoning is a dash of soy sauce, salt, pepper, good olive oil. Puréeing is a bit of a pita, so cook the leafs a little longer. But it's very worth it.

    Qquattro formaggio stuffed zucchini flowers on a bed of mixed green salad.

    Best of all it came from the vegetable garden. Mind you I have to find room for a cow.

    Made Chinese dumplings last night. Excellent as always. I was taught (well, still learning) the recipe and the wrap by my Chinese brother in law.
