    Made chicken liver paté today. Really good. As well as pineapple chutney. And bread (been adding caraway seeds recently). So good.
    Also made another cinnamon/apricot cake.

    Lamb hind shanks braised in port wine. The sauce burnt when reducing because I was distracted for a minute while watching football so I had to dump it all :cry:. Made another sauce based on pheasant stock, also very good. With some rosemary/garlic roast poatoes. Nice late Sunday breakfast/lunch.

    Quattro Formagio stuffed zucchini flowers with garlic chives, string beans and a fresh picked red oak lettuce with cucumber in EVO S&P and white balsamic dressing, everything except the beans from the vegetable patch. Washed down with a 2016 Oakridge Over the Shoulder Yarra Valley Chardonnay.
