it was good, but the star of the evening was the veal marsala. its something that I find difficult to find in the US.

Lunch - abolone (biggest chunks of abolone I have ever seen, the size of a babies fist), pink razor clams with cheese, duck confit, carrot and ginger sorbet, white wine and a pisco sour

dinner - got 3 kilos of really fantastic cherries for less than 2 bucks. I am going to be ******** red for a week.

Turkey hot Italian sausage on sale because it was the night before it had to be tossed. $1.25/lb.

nothing of note last night, but i made general tso's chicken for the family tonight and everyone agreed it was outstanding.
