1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Unfortunately I think the recipe needs about five times as much as what he calls for

Had some tapas at Estadio in DC last night (some jamon and melon, octopus, mussels, cheese plate). Much better than the tapas at Boqueria the previous night.

I like insanely rich sauces. Preferably ones with a touch of blood, which I've developed a peculiar affinity for.

I feared you were going to sing for us Rebecca Black's new and innovative soon to be released song "Monday".

anybody check out Daniel Boulud's new cook book. I only browsed it in Barnes and Noble, but it looked awesome, and was way more than just high-end recipes. There's a big section written by Bill Buford, so I had to buy it (... on Amazon)
