Basic pasta: tagliatelle with artichoke/tomato/basil sauce, and parmesan. I actually often prefer the dried, pre-ground parmesan over the fresh.

I had about the most wastful meal ever eaten in a brazilian steakhouse. as I am seriously cuting back on food (total of 70 pounds down so far) I drank 2 fruit juices each with 20 grams of protien as an apetizer before leaving the hotel. so I basically was able to taste each of about 10 different types of grilled meat, but just had a mouthful or two of each. some red wine and no sides or dessert.

but some serious ******* meat.

Trout with a dill sauce, boiled new potatos with butter, and some steamed broccoli....

Dessert was a moist and chewy chocolate chip cookie

I smoked some salmon on applewood planks, then ate them over Japanese rice with pickled ginger.
