IYO What makes someone a fashion victim


Is it someone who just buys really bad looking clothes or is it someone who goes out buying the latest most expensive clothes then not wear them anymore once they are "out" and continuing on this cycle

I think your only a fashion victim if your both:

a) Going into debt/eating ramen to pay for clothes
b) Still look like ****

If you can afford it or you look good your not a fashion victim.
