Cost is a tricky one. I change the subject usually.

It's acceptable if you spent a lot on a name they know, like Armani, or Hugo Boss, or Diesel, because they're designers and they must be worth the money. But our brands are unknown to most, and so are not perceived to be worth the money we put in. If you try to argue merits such as details, material, quality, cut, you'll come off as a nerd, and nerds aren't cool. And spending hundreds to be a nerd is just stupid.

Just FYI, Australian culture is pretty much shitting on everyone, even yourself.

There isn't anyone we wouldn't insult. Makes us all equals.

So grow a pair, nancy no stones, and harden the f**k up.

On a lighter note only my girlfriend complements me.

    Cuz I'm fat lol.

    Hahaha.

Your catching on to our way.

Yeah I'm not posting cuz I'm fat. Need to loose like 20 more kg.

    My story is:

Uni + full time shift work + slutty ex cheating on me with friend of ten years = 30 kg of blubber.

I'm a white whale looking for Ahab.

102.5, from 120. Goal weight is say 90.

Will start posting fits mid 90's or so.

    Need a camera too.

The superLOLs will come. I still have so much to buy. I pretty
much started from scratch and everything has to be good quality. Takes fucking ages but you don't end up with a bunch of mediocre shit and then 400 dollar jeans, everything is awesome and fits an overall aesthetic.

I've found the only acceptable answer to "How much do your clothes cost?" is to say that I got them on sale for a good deal and dodge around the question. I made the mistake of answering once too, and it sucked.

The only time I've been asked how much an item cost was my slim fit German army jacket that I had back when I was in middle school. I got it at the dollar store, it was awesome.

My answer is always, "If you have to ask me that, you probably can't afford them."

I usually take that as one of the highest compliments. Seriously.

Word, one of my friends asked me "why do you look so pretty today???" he doesn't know as much about fashion as he thinks he does, but dresses better than 95% of the people I know so it's a compliment.

Then again I was wearing a half-placket shirt unbuttoned so you never know...[IMG]
