Hi, I was wondering what color pants would go with a white OCBD shirt, gold/navy tie, navy blazer, brown/white spectator shoes? and would it be appropriate for attending a business casual conference? Thanks

Spectators are not appropriate for a business conference. You'll be the guy with "those" shoes. The shoe has moved from saying "I am here to look at something" to "Everyone, look at me".

White pants and white shirt with a blue blazer is not a good choice IMO. White pants is pretty hard to pull of in general. I sometimes wear my blue blazer with tan chinos like this:

This looks very well put together. I noticed your chinos are very light colored.

Navy blazers go best with tan pants.
