What color jeans and socks to go with Dark Brown shoes?

It's because it's a pretty basic question.

Medium to dark wash jeans and navy/grey/brown socks.

I know this sounds wild but personally I would go with BLUE jeans

Thanks for the help. Sorry I am a bit of a noob and just trying to make sure I don't look like a moron. This is my first pair of brown shoes. Your answer is what i suspected but thanks for confirming.

I have levis relaxed straight fit in just about any color. I just may need to buy some brown socks.
