What collar is this? Shirt?

What type of shirt is Fallon wearing? I'm not a fan of the wing-ed Windsor Spread beasts at all. But I'd prefer to wear a more modern look of a collar that isn't to spread apart.

Any ideas on where I can get a shirt like this? Retail and preferably fitted.

The collar gap between shirt and jacket is unsightly too.

Any MTM shirtmaker can make one. That doesn't mean it looks good
