CT, do you mean you wished you did a 4/6 year military stint, or life long career?

Lots of soulless attorney regret ITT. I feel like I'm on a pretty good path currently, I wish I would've started school last year, I could've knocked out a year already, but I thought I was leaving for basic a lot sooner so I didn't want to begin classes just to drop them and ship out.

Train conductor for freight. I could still do it but it doesn't pay enough and I'd like a semi normal home life.

I think just a short(er) stint. Although I know guys who have done JAG and are still having a very positive experience 6-7 years into it.

There are too many law school discussions on here to get into how I feel about all "that".

Not working a FT/Career job yet, but I kind of regret doing business - accounting and MIS. Landed a summer intern then part time gig doing IS (information systems) stuff, and realized I really like this field of work. I like what I do but now I realized I would have LOVED to do programming and become a developer working on softwares, customizations, ERP, etc. Gladly, I'm in my last year of university, so it's not too late to reg in a programming diploma after I grad.

I've always wanted to do something crossing materials science and product design. Complete 180 from my current career, but I've always been fascinated by innovating materials.

My last semester of UG I took a course in Accounting. Found it fascinating the way everything fit together. By then too late to become an accounting major. Love my job, but I always thought I would have done well in accounting

How old are you now? Accounting is an easy subject to learn if you enjoy it. There are plenty of resources available online an just about every institution offers atleast the introductory courses

Yeah, I'm on that page too. Been working on several product development projects in recent times thats also led to a fascination with marketing.
