With another foot or so forecast for Wednesday, I am in no hurry to go anywhere in that beast.

Besides, a RWD full-size with a heavy V-6 up front is not the most ideal snow car.

Luckily, Philadelphia has a excellent network of busses, trolleys, and subways. There's no reason for me to drive unless I'm hauling large amounts fo groceries or escaping the city.

When not on those, I ride a bicycle. As a last resort, I drive my 2000 Nissan pickup.

Make sure it's your car that you make the effort to dig out.
I know many a poor soul who forgot exactly where on the street
their car was parked and ended up doing their neighbor an
unintentional favor.

I know people who park on city streets, and often they'll clear a spot for their own car only to have someone else park in it.
