what can a tailor do to a suit jacket?

I thought I had 3 suits back in Hong Kong waiting for me...or so I thought

After being exposed to pictures and cuts from the sartorialist and styleforum, I don't think I would really be willing to wear these suits out anymore (they were all bought RTW at various stores in HK). Their armholes are too low, the waist not suppressed enough...OH no.


So heres the question, can a tailor fix these two problems?
