My best fitting jeans are G-Star Raw, a brand I discovered in Spain. I have to go to NY to buy them though. Thankfully I still have my first pair and it has been three years.

I also own a couple pairs of William Rast and A True Religion that is nice and muted which fits decently.

I have never found a pair of Levis that fit me well. I like the Diesel designs, but I have very thick thighs and have never found one that I fit into.

yeah that's the dealio with diesels. you gotta have slimmer thighs. guys with biker thighs can still get into some of their wider cuts but still it'll be pushing it if you dont size up.
i never liked levis too. the cuts are so meh.

    +10

Sadly, I believe they are in decline and don't have iconic washes like they used to: 772, 764 etc. Also,I hate to see their sheet made in Morocco.
So, now I buy their Italian made Denim Gallery models only. Japanese selvedge denim jeans made in Italy...[IMG]

Uniqlo jeans work for me. Levis in Korea is pricier than it ought to be.

Acne and Earnest Sewn. Acnes dress up or down and ES have some of the more authentic looking washes out there, and are very comfortable.

Yeah, I work for a Spanish company and every time I go over there I see 100 Euro plus 501's. I guess that is like Jack Daniels being top shelf in certain countries.

501s are currently on sale for around €70 here. They aren't the Walmart quality Levis but they aren't the LVC either. So they are more expensive but less then the price makes them seem.

I like either Polo or J. Crew... nothing exciting. I've had good luck with both and as long as I stick with basic styles, the sizing has been relatively consistent. I am interested in checking out a pair of APC Rescues or New Standards though for my first foray into "premium" denim.
