Any of these ones.
Are you a bourbon drinker now?
If you are, I'd try to go for one of the more hard to find bottles, since they'd be harder to buy on your own or find in a regular bar.
I took off Buff Trace, Bulleit, Knob Creek, and Woodford Reserve b/c y ou could find them easily on your own.

I'd go for the Van Winkle 12, just because I haven't had one yet. My suggestion to you would be anyone you haven't had yet that is not easily available in your area.

Van Winkle 12! For sure. The Berghoff in Chicago used to sell that under their own name, and it was great for the money. It is strong stuff, although they also made a 120 proof for the bar that was like drinking gasoline.

Basil Hayden's always put me to sleep.

Basil is my favorite 'everyday' bourbon. The Van Winkle 12 is a bit of a let-down compared to their 15 and 20 yr olds.

Based upon your list (and depending on what I was eating) I would recommend starting the evening with:

EZRA B. Single Barrel, 15 Years, 99 proof. Davis Sherman Corp.
A thick amber-walnut color with molasses, mint and dark fruit flavors

Godspeed!

I am told the Van Winkle 15 is phenomenal. I had the 12 once and it was solid.

BULLIET BOURBON Small Batch, 6 Year, 90 proof. Four Roses Distilleries.
Dry and smooth with hints of honey along with a long smokey finish
A favorite. Smooth with a tiny bit of dirt and a touch sweet.

ELIJAH CRAIG Small batch, 12 years, 94 proof. Heaven Hill Distilleries.
An oak and honey sweetness that floats in the glass. Caramel Finish
The original small-batch mass-produced bourbon. Good and cheap.

WOODFORD RESERVE I Small Batch, 90.4 proof Woodford Reserve Distilleries.
A spicy bourbon with smokey maple and vanilla aromas that ends sweet
Another favorite. Very smooth/refined to my palate and extremely drinkable.

KNOB CREEK Small Batch, 9 Year, 100 proof. Jim Beam Brands Co.
Scents of marmalade, toast and pear finish in chocolate and toffee
Spicier of the bourbons I drink. Decent straight but I tend to mix this one more often with Coke even though I drink most bourbons straight.

BOOKER'S Small Batch, 6-8 Year, 121-127 proof. Jim Bean Brands Co.
Uncut and unfiltered with fruit, tannin and tobacco on the palate
A bit over the top for my taste but enjoyable on occasion.

VAN WINKLE SPECIAL RESERVE 12 Year, 90 Proof. Buffalo Trace Distilleries.
A subdued nose with a molasses explosion with a long, sweet oaky finish
Have heard nothing but great things about this brand but have yet to try it.

Definitely the Van Winkle. I've had the 12 and 15 and they're both amazing.
