The name of this thread gives the full message really. I've been wearing the same pair of chelsea boots that I picked up second-hand for next to nothing for a couple of years. Although they are wearing out, they are good quality and have a leather sole, nailed leather heel and a metal cap on the outside back edge of the heel. Looking at new boots, I haven't been able to find anything comparable for a price up to £175. I don't think I should pay that much money for anything involving rubber; what is the best quality chelsea boot in this price range?

I know a lot of people hate to buy on Ebay, but I found these for $125.

Most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. And they look awesome! I just wish i could wear them everyday.

You can get RMW in a bricks and mortar shop in the UK for about £205. Would be a shame not to spend the extra 30 quid if you're looking for chelseas that will last you years

The Shoe Healer has got some Alfred Sergeant chelsea boots on special clearance sale right now. I think they're £99 and solid quality too.
