Two nights ago, I cooked up a box of Zatarain's red beans & rice (serves four). I added in six sliced-up bratwurst-sized sausages, two strips of beef bacon, two slices of colby cheese and a sprinkling of gorgonzola. I was pissed when I realized I had eaten the entire bowl.
