thanks man... was looking for a "red moon chain" effect... the shoe laces are a bit thick... the "chain" is a bit rigid but i'm satisfied with the over-all effect of it

Fucking sick, Get Smart. I think the tie bar and socks are possibly my favorite part of the outfit (given that the fit/color combinations/shoes are spot-on as always; with anyone else, I'd be complimenting those, but at this point we just expect it from you).

Hmm...tough act to follow from Get Smart. Oh well.

    Blue Express MX shirt
    Cream dragon graphic long-sleeve T
    Brown Trafalgar calf belt
PDC GT0-1s from the old line
Distressed brown Aldo slip-ons(distressed by my abuse, not designed that way)

thanks man, the tie I got at Bloomingdales on sale for about $15...i dont even know who makes it, I just liked the print, the size (2.5" wide) and the price.

Drizzt...no, not PS. Actually the suit is something I had made for myself as a couple friends and me were tired of not finding what we wanted for a reasonable price so we've been making our own suits with some contacts we have. We're making a small production run of limited sizes (36-40) since there's been some interest from bands and other folks who want to wear them. It's based on a 60s vintage suit, slim fitting, single button with narrow peak lapels. It's floating canvas and no fusing or glue. Obviously the cuffs are functional since it was made to our specs.

The working name for our "line" (if you can call it that) is "Thick As Thieves" and we'll have a website to showcase it by end of October. It's a little side project that isnt requiring too much $ investment, so we'll see how it goes. If they don't sell then we'll just wear them ourselves! [IMG]

Well shit, sign me up. I've been looking for a good (read: slim) vintage suit for ages. Yeah, 2.5" is where it's at. Nicely done.

Are you talking about the poly/cotton ultra dark blue with exaggerated bright yellow stitching, etc.? Places like Ross had thousands of those. I still have a pair or two.
