1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

GS, wasn't it like before 9 a.m. Cali time when you posted this? Excuse my blatant stereotyping, but a tattooed rocker has no business being up at that hour on a Sunday.

true true, but that's how hardcore I am. Went out last nite to watch some rockabilly bands, got in at 2, got up at 8am, took the dog to park, and here I am. [IMG]

I guess I could make an exception if you were woken up by the three models who crashed at your place last night fighting over who got to keep the guitar pick you left lying on the Mott the Hoople LP cover next to the pile of blow.

    Anyway, I am wearing:

    - Knockoff Enlgand football shorts (keep your f***ing Croatia jokes to yourself) I bought from a sidewalk vendor for two bucks

    - A distinct brand of hangover that I haven't experienced since sophomore year of college (keg beer and Jager)

They are Johnbull SC003s! I love em The W+H Shawl collar looks really good Shoreman. I couldn't see the potential in the pictures beforehand but now I understand why everyone's going crazy for it.

norcal, can't say I've ever seen a jacket like that. Pretty cool.
Hey, thanks. Wasn't sure the shape would work for me, and I might have gotten a size too large, but I like it. And it's really fucking warm, too. This evening, trying to get better light for these. [IMG] Edit: Cult, those vans! So well-loved.

Cult, those sliq's were originally raw, right? The fade is looking subtly sick. I have a get a pair when I'm back in LA in a few months. Nice work.

It is warm. It was down in the forties here last night. I had my w+h shawl on, and felt warn (though... I'd just hit the gym though, so that may have also contributed.)

After a wash, the shawl shrinks down just a smidge (washed it last night as well). In any case, a sweater like that would look wierd if it were too tight, imho. Fitted, yes, tight, no. Look at old pictures of McQueen (and that man wore his stuff fitted) or Brando in shawl collars, and you'll see what I mean. I think that you got the right size.

Probably right, and I have not washed it yet. Any particular care instructions from tiger fleece owners?

The jacket is indeed an F-2.

Shoes are converse varvatos WCT2 from a few years back, picked up off ebay. Like these, but different colorway.

I succumbed to the siren call of the styleforum sales pitch, and I do not regret it.

DC suburbs eh.. what size jacket do you normally wear, and whereabouts are you? [IMG]

If you got the last L from Peasant, a pox upon you and your kin.
