bandwagonesque, nice cardi--I think I wish it was a little more closed at the neck, like, closer to the collar. Sorry if that doesn't make sense.

Shore, I agree with you... I wish the neck was a little closer in as well so I'm showing less shoulder.

The pants are TaT, I'd prefer for them to be a lighter grey, or maybe a Prince of Wales check. The charcoal/navy is a little too dark of a combo I think. The shoes are my new AE Park Avenues, which I'm really diggin'. It's like they're so conservative business dress, they're hip. Oh, and the cardi... it's actually from a Canadian grocery store chain believe it or not, who recently opened up a discount clothing line. For what would work out to be about $10 US I'd have to be crazy to pass it up. I really like the slim fit and the GSeque style of it. It's too bad that the rest of their clothing is very boxy fitting.

Bandwagon, awesome pickup on the cardi for $10...agree with the collar thing that Shore mentioned, maybe you can re-manipulate it with your hands to fit tighter around the neck?

JPGM, like the pic, one of my faves from you

That's a sick cardigan!

Can I ask where you got your necklace?

The necklace is actually 2 gold chains passed onto me by my parents 10-15 years ago. I found the charm from a seller who deals with various artifects from Asia, Tibet, India etc. I wear it for sentiment versus "fashionistaization"

Bandwagonesque was the cardi from Superstore's Joe line? If so I'm going to have to give their clothes a second look. I looked at them when they first came out, but everything was so boxy I decided it wasn't for me.

Diesel and a few other companies sell similar tooth/claw necklaces for upwards of $160 and Rye's blows the manufactured ones out of the water.

Yeah, it came in a boring grey as well (see the website). It's regular $30, and I would have passed at that price, but it was marked down 50%. Honestly, there wasn't much else there that impressed me. Other than cheap(er)-like-Old-Navy stuff for the gym, the rest was still pretty boxy and unimpressive.
