Sorry about the colors on the first one--I can't get enough contrast to make the layers visible (the colors worked decently IRL) without everything getting washed out. The second pic is closer to the actual colors involved.

Like that jacket dude.

Wow, I didn't expect compliments on the jacket--it's just a nylon windbreaker I bought a couple years ago from H&M. I figured if I got anything on it while roaming around beneath the city, it'd be easier to clean than cotton. I guess I'll have to press that jacket back into service.

What's with the Swingers references? Did I get drunk and leave too many messages on someone's machine last night?

Weird. That shot makes it look like waxwear or waxed leather.

And no, you didn't, but I think half the people on last night were drunk.

It started off as a way of complimenting your fit as "the big winner" with a shot of T holding up Mikey's arm. Now because of the zip/button thread it's progressed to calling you Sue and questioning why you carry a gat when you grew up in Anaheim.

Whatever, man. It's different out here. It's not like New York, 'Dini.

Apparently, it's a dark and stormy night. That, or I am post this picture because I could hold my camera still enough to capture a long exposure shot. Arghh...

Anyway:

Fred Bare Engineers Cap, Alan Bilzerian, Boston, MA
Military surplus fingerless gloves, Proletariat, Cambridge MA
Brand new Black Engineered Garments Engineers jacket (impulse purchase, woohoo!), Drinkwaters, Cambridge MA
W+H shawl collar sweater, Peasant, Birmingham, MA
Engineered Garments for Styleforum belt, Daiki and me - NYC&Cambridge
APC New Standards - Stels, Boston, MA.
Natural Chucks with blue laces (not shown) - City Sports, Cambridge MA

Also, wanted to announce that the first ever Peasant for Styleforum "Best of What are you wearing now" contest will be starting today, right after this post (unfortunately, I'm not allowed to win the contest for obvious reasons). Details will be contained in a separate thread. Let's just say, start posting gentlemen, because the contest closes in two weeks, and there are no limits to the number of entries. After that, Brian and Carissa of Peasant and I will narrow the field to 3 of our favorites, you guys will vote, and the man (or woman) with the winning outfit will win $50 Peasant dollars, to be used as you wish.
