Very nice! I bet that Tele gives you some serious twang and jangle. But I gotta say, stickers on guitars make me cry, unless the guitar was $20 at a pawn-shop, then it's punk-as-fuck. [IMG]
It sounds like sweet hot sex. Super hot dual lace sensors with a mini-toggle to switch them from tele twang to hot humbuckers. And don't be so sad about stickers on a guitar... [IMG] The white dots are actually the astrolux logo from Strung Out: [IMG]

Our boutique friends need our love right now; I hear it's a little rough in retail land. American Rag was dead this past weekend! If we don't support this thread could end up being:

1/4" selvage Jeans with back pocket embroidery: $8.79 Old Navy

3/4 Pea coat with faux everything trim: $11.99 Walmart

AA X Hanes colabo tee: $1.99 for 12 at Target

Faux Croc Brogues with vulcanized sole: $13.49 Payless

Too funny...you do really have to support the brands and emerging designers that you love. It's worth the extra money to have something unique.

A bit of blatant and vulgar self-promotion: Check my blog over the next couple of weeks for pics and profiles of new designers coming out of Beijing, fast emerging streetwear capital of China. I'm trying to answer the question of whether fakes actually hurt their growth and, in the process, give them some free promotions. There are some lovely pieces, all of which can be custom made (if you come here - until we develop a system for internet orders.)

whodini tried to post a pic here: https://store.merch.com/images/a27.st.ba4-t.jpg
which uses the https protocol and requires a certificate (to put the 's' in https), the certificate must have been generated by openssl or something like that. Ones generated by verisign are automatically accepted by your browser.

Whodini's picture. The retailer he got the picture from has out of date security certification. He should have imageshacked it.

I have that hoodie. I do not think I have ever hated another article of clothing more, but on the bright side, I learned how to sew pretty well. Thanks, Gap!

what dont you like about it? mine is great, but it is also an xs. fits perfectly, and was really cheap. i am thinking about doing a black dye on it... hoping it comes out a bit grey

Mine's a medium, and being Gap, it's pretty ridiculously sized, but the main thing is that the fabric developed major tears at stress points (shoulders, corners of front pocket) within a month that had to be sewn up and reenforced. The fabric also absorbs moisture remarkably well, making it one of the most uncomfortable and least warm things I've ever worn. Its ability to absorb moisture is really matched only by its ability to permanently pick up dirt, so don't expect it to stay anywhere near that color for long. Gap can only repay me in blood.

i see... then black dye is in order, and hopefully it lasts long enough for me to get my 15$ out of it.
