1. I'd like to announce that animated avatars are now available again. You'll have to reload, but they are once more possible.

We've been doing a ton of work behind the scenes. The site load speed was already under 1/2 of what Huddler's was, on average, and we installed cloudflare, which means that the site should be even faster. A ton more will go on in the weeks and months to come, and some things will be more visibile, and some less.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

usual shit....thin finns, target Mossimo oxford, PS boots

broke out my 'rocknroll' belt that I had made 7 years ago. The guy that makes(made) them for FredSegal/HTC made this one for me. Burgundy stingray leather 'peanut' patches with jeweled music notes and initials "DFJ" studded in the back. I guess most doods know these as "Balatzar-type" belts but the 50s rocknroll/rockabilly scene had been wearing these for quite a while before it blew up into the 'mainstream' and rich Bev Hills doods/chicks started wearing em in LA (ugh)

it's loud, it's proud, it wants to sing out loud

I know, they're bad, but I have to work and it's raining. I guess I could have worn combat boots just for you guys. [IMG]

If I were wearing this out, I'd have my cordovan RL/C&J ankle boots on, most likely.

Not that j's not getting enough love, but I disagree. I realize this is sort of an "each his own" question, which is why it's fun/futile to argue; anyway, I think Sambas would go perfect with that get-up, and would add a nice little touch of Euro-ish flair. However, they're also a sort of obvious/safe/borderline-mundane pick, so I like switching them up just a bit with the Kelmes (which I used to rock way back when).

Also, as he mentioned, they're sort of bad weather shoes anyway (ah, Seattle!). [IMG]
