All of them. He's excellent.

+1

I was on my way to Bangkok several years ago and connecting through HKG. I was looking for something to read in one of the bookstores at the airport(I always try to pick up a mystery/thriller based in SE Asia when I am over) and saw Cockroaches by Nesbo. It was based in Bangkok so I went with it. Great read.

When I came home, I read many of his other books. Good stuff.

I’m also rereading the classic A Sand County Almanac by Aldo Leopold. This was one of my textbooks in a college Conservation class 25 years ago.

Just received and immediately read, Charlie Jane Anders' latest, The City in the Middle of the Night. Still not sure what I think about it, but I certainly couldn't stop reading it...

Interesting read so far. Back before they had it all down and was just winging it.

Been knee deep in "The History of Rome/Byzantium" podcasts but just started:

I rarely go to the movies these days but still love reading about the film industry.

I read the Ovitz book 2-3 months ago. Good story!

I started this about a year ago. I forget. Never finished it as I got busy/started some other books. Good first 200+ pages. It is still sitting under one of my night stands. I need to finish it...really re-read from the beginning.

Gave up on the last book i posted. It wasnt bad but i wasn't going to read another 150 pages of a 600 page book for it to really get to the meat of things. Im now reading this. It is...interesting.

Just finished A Cop's Eyes by Gaku Yakumaru - subtle, unusual, collection of linked short stories featuring a policeman who is more interested in making things right than breaking down doors or shooting people. Nevertheless, it all comes together in a shocking and unexpected final story. Highly recommended, and hopefully the second collection, which came out in Japan in 2014, will be translated soon. Great cover too, with some actual attention to design...
