    A friend of mine bugged me for years to read Dune. So, I finally did. And then I immediately read it twice more. After that, i watched the Dune miniseries. Then I read Dune Messiah and Children of Dune. Of course, I had to watch the Children of Dune miniseries. Now, I'm re-reading Dune Messiah, which will be followed by (you guessed it) Children of Dune again.

    I'm excited to make my way to God Emperor of Dune, because I've heard a lot of good things about that book.

    Reading The True Deceiver by Tove Jansson. Such an elegant, subtle writer. For those people who think she was all about The Moomins (which are interesting enough anyway...), you really need to check out her adult writing. Start with The Summer Book...
