I've seen a couple of letters that went between John Yeats and Pound. Fun to read.

Yeats, the eugenist poet. Quite a character.

He was an extremely weird man. I tried reading his autobiographies...they are just bizarre. I'm reading The Gentleman from New York: A Biography of Daniel Patrick Moynihan. It's great so far.

Starting this [IMG] after finishing [IMG] and [IMG] earlier this winter. It's perhaps a very banal observations, but as a non-american I'm fascinated by how Roth presents American history and social developments as well as how it affects individuals.

Lunar Park and Animal Farm are in progress, but lately my attention has been nearly 100% on a couple of woodworking tomes I picked up recently.

I am reading this right now. It is pretty good for what it is. CRC Press has horrible cheap looking covers though.

McCarthy's The Road. I like the narration style but not really getting into it yet...

I'm reading some literature on Nichiren Buddhism. Someone I know is trying to convert me.

Just picked up "Pride and Prejudice" and just finished "Sharp Teeth". The latter is no literary tour de force but I enjoyed it, I'm trying to think of a good description for it but I can't. So if you feel compelled to look into it heres a link:

Took me a while. After a few dozen pages I was really hooked.
