As far as my sensibilities go. . Just like a meat hammer, life can either make you fall apart, or become tender.
There is always room to be more tender in life and towards others.
We call it "Yasashi" , or "Kindness".

The retro Japanese music is learned from music found in my Cars, it just chills me out. At home you can listen with your eyes closed, or as background sounds. For a joyous warming tone. like a werther's original for the ears.

Guys, I'm signing off, because I'm going to travel the world spreading the word of Harvey Birdman. He proteceth me from the COVID and all things.

Also, maintain a healthy BMI for increased blood flow. This is very important.
