Bit of both. met a pretty lady, got here and was like "yeah, this is awesome". and decided to stay. finding new goodness every day. like the song above.
Always thought there had to be more than temples and stuff. boy oh boy, Ska music, rock n roll, 80's pop, melodic metal. . .+food, car culture, low crime, high standard of living. people politely expressing themselves.
it has mellowed me out. Went from barfights/party hard, to talking with old people, and teaching tots, as the most popular dad when i pick up my son, high 5's for all his classmates.
part of the community.

Now 80% of the music i listen to is Asian. not complaining tho. makes me jump around.
music and vocal tones got me hooked. the words don't matter.
like i say,- language gets in the way of good conversation.
