I just spent far more time than I care to admit trying to figure out what city produced an Englishman who loves horrible country music, has a chip on his shoulder, and a deep fascination with transgendered people (I share the chip on a shoulder part because I suspect, as it is rumoured, that I have an Englishman in my blood line).

You left me few clues, buy I'm thinking you're from Warrington or Wales. It's defintely a Wa--place. You have a northwest England kind of vibe, but I'd think you get the **** beat out of you in Manchester, and you're not crass enough to be from Liverpool. But northwest England is still no joke, so final answer: Wales. You would be allowed to exist in Wales.
