1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Paul Oakenfold - Ready Steady Go, not a big fan of house/trance but I think this song kicks ass. The version I'm listening to is the one they use in Collateral, the scene where Tom Cruise's kicking ass in the Korean club. [IMG]

A little psytrance - the album 'Artifakt II' by Artifakt.

Kent Wang was nice enough to let me borrow some of his music via FTP.

FTP's nice, I have a server that people can upload music to so we can experience others' taste.

Listening to Eva Cassidy and quietly weeping as the Giants let Reggie Bush run all over the god damn stadium.

Aside from the sound of my wallet weeping as I spend all of my Christmas money on eBay, I'm tuning in to "A Celtic Christmas". Good CD.

"Time Fades Away", "On The Beach", "Tonight's The Night" by Neil Young aka The "Doom Trilogy"... somewhat appropriate for the post-Christmas blahs, though for some reason I always laugh when I hear the line "Fourteen junkies too weak to work..."

haha So I'm assuming you bought Sting's new CD.
The music that I listen to is a lot of upcoming R&B. I like Mario (not Winans). He has this ballad coming soon produced by this amazing producer named Polow Da Don. Glenn Lewis is also one of my favorites. He's very Stevie Wonder-ish mixed with his own unique style. I love New Order! (and Joy Division but it's a lot darker) New Order's songs always make me weepy and they make me so reflective. It's scary. lol [IMG]

I bought the new Damien Rice album "9" and I love it from the moment I finished listening to "9 Crimes".

My friend burned me a CD of an artist that I never heard of before, Nellie McKay. She is like Fiona Apple mixed with Corinne Bailey Ray and with a jazzier sound. She's interesting.
