Disturbed, old school Metallica and Slipknot..... it is funny, I play and listen to classical music most of the time when not in the gym, but when working out, I need something that gets me to a state where i am ready to punch someone in the mouth.....

Also lately, I have been listening to some army cadences on youtube while on the elliptical.... especially some ranger or navy seal cadences gets me pumped and in the mood to finish that last 10 minutes when my legs are suggesting otherwise.....

Afghan Whigs - Congregation worked pretty well for me last night doing my hundred pushups routine. Had a minimum number of 20 reps to hit on my last set and I got out 26, so...pretty good. I normally don't listen to music though, but the Miles Iz Dead track off that album always gets me going.
