Usually some form of hip hop. Lately I've been listening to Polar Bear Club - Chasing Hamburg though.

I prefer to listen to nothing when I workout. It helps me concentrate more during the workouts. Only time I actually do like listening to something is if I have to run on a treadmill.

Audiobooks actually. Popular nonfiction in particular--you don't have to listen too hard and it's usually interesting enough to make workouts less boring.
