2oz rum
1oz lime
.75 sweetener (I use agave nectar since I have a lot of tequila&mezcal and Costco sells 2 bottles for like $10)
Be careful if you’re mixing in other cocktails, because the clairins are so.. wild? that they can overpower a cocktail if they’re a minor part.
