And here’s the rose hip mead I just bottled. This is the leftover that wasn’t enough to fill a bottle. It tastes pretty good: we’ll see how the batch tastes after a couple of weeks of bottle conditioning.

Highland Park 12 - after drinking a bunch of cask strength stuff, it tastes so watered down (it's still good)

McChouffe Belgian Brown Ale

This could be a contender for best brown ale I’ve ever had, pending more research…

Oddly enough I had that exact same beer last night, have been a big fan of Chouffe as they became readily available at Whole Foods years ago.

Not sure if serious. ? Your cocktail game has been so on point. We’re in the middle of a kitchen remodel and “camping” at home during the process. It’s almost over, but had to move everything out, including my bottles, which are in boxes in our closet. Had the Wray&Nephew easily in reach and my buddy brought over some Ting from the Jamaican market. So simple. So good. I’d definitely like to expand into the mezcal arena a bit, but don’t see it playing too well with my cigar game. The two often go hand in hand for me…
